We have a 30-day money back guarantee. You must provide a copy of your original receipt along with the merchandise you wish to return. The merchandise must be in original perfect condition and arrive intact to qualify for a refund.

If an item arrives damaged (through shipping) you must let us know within 5 days of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipper. After 5 days shippers refuse claims therefore we cannot accept the return.

In order to return an item you must first contact enexile directly to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will be refused.

We strongly recommend all returns ship through insurable trackable shippers. Enexile is not responsible for item lost in the mail or damaged in return shipments.

Special orders are not returnable.
